Haiku/Gesundheit (Volume VII)
on the nagging feeling that man shouldn't play with time
(a grievance concerning daylight savings)
spring forward fall back
some folks just don't understand
(sorry for yawning)
on acquiring two new fish and a snail
it's pointless, really:
if shylock doesn't eat you
my misfortune will
suicidal earthworms
(or, "watch where you walk!")
earthworms have it rough,
crowding wet city sidewalks
just after the storm
