BPP - It was truly a beautiful sunset. These photos don't even come close to capturing it.

Mystic Wing - Too true. These photos were taken after a professional baseball game, at which point a handful of people rushed to the ledge of the walkway to try and get a picture of the sun's fading glow bursting from under the clouds. I was the only one who stopped to get a picture from behind the fence, though.

What does that say about me?

It says to me you're looking for something beyond the obvious.

I sometimes worry that photographs have a tendency to supplant memories - can you still see that sunset in your head, or do you see the photograph now ?
