Oddly enough, BPP, I've never interpreted this song from an explicitly positive slant. I'm not sure Johnston is so much saying "you'll find it -- just keep your chin up!" so much as "some day you'll realize you had it, and with whom" (by which point it could very well be too late).
Ah. I meant it more in the "X-Files 'people always talk about true love so it must be true but I don't know whether it exists or not'" way. (Which makes more sense if you get that I don't believe in UFOs.) This is what happens when I post comments when the low caffeine light is on. :)
