An Awkward Moment between Two Female Friends

Friend A

I'm fed up with men. I soooo wish I were a lesbian.

Friend B [A little too excited]

Meeeee too!

[Awkward silence]

Friend B

Uh, sorry... that was kind of creepy, huh?

Friend A [Nodding]

Let's never speak of it again.

  6. Please tell me that I am not related to friend A or B, but a totally hetero friend C! Cause if not, my mom will need to up her dosage! =)

  7. These feelings are perfectly natural and nothing to be ashamed of.

Just last week, my wife and I were getting a tour of a friend's apartment on Capitol Hill in Seattle.

He and his boyfriend have been living there for about 2 years. It is tastefully appointed and it has the most spectacular views of downtown.

As we were led out onto the balcony, I said, "Julie, this is nice. We really need to start being gay."

  11. I have a theory that at some point in every woman's life, not matter how hetero she may be there comes a time when wanting to be a lesbian becomes more than just a fleeting thought and must be expressed to someone you care about. But maybe that's just me!

  12. I'm curious as to why it should never be spoken of again. I have discussed this topic at length on many an occasion with a buddy of mine. Snackpie and I are in complete agreement. If it weren't for our inability to see men as sex objects, being gay would be our lifestyle of choice.
